馮麗清 Lin-Ching  Peng 

出生於台灣。主修西畫畢業於中國文化大學美術系。1986來美後，先後學西畫於數位名師，現學中國畫於簡國藩老師老師和于君慧老師。

麗清專研油畫多年。北加州灣區附近有山有海，風景怡人，常成為麗淸作品中旳風景畫。麗清也喜歡畫花卉。從她的油畫作品中，可以感受到強烈的色彩，有力的筆調和層次感。近日旳作品更強調氣氛與情境的表現。作品也多次得到獎項。

麗清現居北加州的柏拉阿圖，除了創作外並傳授西畫. 她的網站 www.linpeng-gallery.com.

Lin-Ching was born in Taiwan. She was graduated from Chinese Culture University in Fine Arts Department.  She came to the United States in 1986. She continued learning drawing and oil painting with some great teachers in California, and currently is studying Chinese painting with teachers  Kan Kwok-Fan and Yu Chun-Hui .

Lin-Ching  especially focuses on oil painting for many years. The beautiful sceneries like mountains and ocean coasts near Bay Area in California are favorite places to paint. She also likes to paint flowers. From her oil paintings, you can feel the clear and beautiful colors and strong sense of depth and style. Recently, she emphasizes on mood and atmosphere on her paintings. Her works also won awards.
